Our senior fitness personal training program focuses on safe, effective strength training that supports balance, stability, and long-term health. We meet you exactly where you are and help you move with confidence — in the gym, at home, or anywhere life takes you.
Whether you’re seeking to be functionally independent, build strength and balance for fall prevention, or improve your day-to-day stability, we include gentle vestibular vision and somatosensory training that helps your body stay centered and responsive. These small, focused drills make a big difference in confidence and comfort as you move through life.
Sports performance.
Our sports performance training program uses purposeful, evidence-based strength and conditioning to help athletes move better, react faster, and perform at a higher level. Each program is tailored to your sport, position, and goals with targeted work on strength, power development, mobility training, and movement mechanics.
We utilize Olympic Weightlifting alongside power development with progressive injury-prevention strategies to build durable, resilient athletes. Using biomechanical analysis and structured loading, we train the exact qualities your sport demands so you can compete with confidence all season long.
PREnatal & POSTpartum TRAINING.
Our trainers specialize in coaching moms going through their Prenatal & Postpartum journey. We keep each mother (and their unique situations) in mind to personalize exercise programs that help them prepare for one of life’s biggest marathons- childbirth, and re-strengthening/healing postpartum.
Strengthen your core and pelvic floor in every workout, and train to reduce, prevent and heal diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence and postural weaknesses.

Tom Sovocool (MS, CSCS, USAW ) is a husband, father, athlete, and the founder of Smart Strength. He has over 15 years experience as a personal trainer, has been a strength and conditioning coach to high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, and has coached Olympic Weightlifting at the local and national stage.
